ELEPHANT
The Savuti Channel in Northern Botswana is a very dry place for many months to years on end. The animals need for water often leads to an incredible mingling of herds and individuals around man made waterholes that would otherwise rarely, if ever, happen.
The jostling and plays for dominance between same and different species is a remarkable sight well worth seeing.
